Job Description
Responsible for human resources support for an hourly workforce of 700
employees. Works closely with the Human Resources and Management Teams on developing, implementing and administering Human Resources plans and procedures including benefits and related activities, internal communications such as organization announcements, meeting agendas and work schedules, and internal job postings and selection. Maintains OFCCP files and records, plans and implements employee relations events, including recognition for performance, service and safety. Investigates employee relations issues and recommend appropriate resolutions. Supports facility security by administering the Employee Badge System.
Qualifications
Highly qualified candidates must have a four degree in Human Resources or related discipline with two to four years of experience or a combination of education and five years
of experience. Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills, be customer focused and process a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
